TAMATAR PODINA CHUTNEY, recipe of mint and tomato chutney

Step by step recipe of tamatar and pudine ki chutney – a grounded mixture of mint, green chilies, garlic, ginger, tomato and curd. It will flavor your food with a tangy taste of lemon.

This is a simple chutney of mint but trust me it will raise the taste of your food.

Mint chutney can also be made with just by adding garlic, green chilies and curd to the mint. But I like mint chutney with tomatoes. So I shared this recipe which I like most.

I have also posted the green chutney recipe of coriander where I have used the same ingredients except mint. Instead of mint I used coriander.

Ingredients for tamatar and pudine ki chutney –

  1. Mint -2 cups
  2. Green chilies -3 or as par your taste
  3. Garlic cloves -7-8
  4. Ginger -1 small piece
  5. Tomato -2
  6. Lemon -1/2
  7. Curd -2-3 tbsp
  8.  Salt to taste

Method to prepare tamatar and pudine ki chutney –

Gather all the ingredients you need.

Put them in a jar and add curd and salt to it.

Grind into a paste. And its ready.

Serve this delicious chutney with your snacks and make your snacks tastier.
