Step by step recipe of all-purpose masala –it is a very tasty and delicious recipe, which is prepared by using lots of veggies and some Indian spices. The name ‘all-purpose masala’ is given due to its use in various recipes like lasagna, pizza, spring roll, hot dog, veg roll, veg puff and so on.

You can use it in many ways and believe me it will not mind at all.

The veggies I have used here are cabbage, potato, beetroot, carrots, French beans, capsicum, onions and tomatoes.

But if you want to add some more veggies like broccoli, mushrooms, peas, zucchini, baby corns or any other veggies of your choice then do add them. Like I said it will not mind.

The best part of this masala is that that kids also love to have veggies in this way. And you can easily feed them the veggies which they hate.

And second thing prepare this masala once and use it in different other recipes like I used it in lasagna, pizza and spring roll. I have also used the leftover masala for my sambhar which I cooked with rava idli for dinner that night.
