Arbi or colocasia is not very much liked in my house but when I tried this recipe, it was a great hit and now they all love it.

Yesss they all loved it, but not me as I am allergic to it. And get itching when I touch it. So I just put gloves in hands and then cooked it for my family.

This is a very simple yet tasty recipe. Where arbi is firstly peeled off then boiled with salt. Then the spices are cooked and arbi is mixed into it. Isn’t it really simple? Go and make it now.

And one more thing the tempering which is used here is carom seeds (ajwain). Carom seeds go very well with arbi.
