A step by step recipe of leftover masala roti fry –a spicy recipe which is made with leftover roties. It is cooked with a masala of potato and onion.

What you need to make this masala roti? –

  1. Leftover roties -6-7
  2. Potato -1
  3. Onion -1
  4. Garlic cloves -7-8
  5. Red chili powder -1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
  7. Coriander powder -1 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil -2 tbsp
  10. Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp

How to prepare this masala roti fry? –

  1. Chop the onion and potato and keep aside.
  2. Make small pieces of your roti and keep aside.
  3. Now heat oil in a pan.
  4. Temper it with cumin seeds.
  5. Add the chopped onion and potato in it.
  6. Mix well and cook.
  7. Now take the paste of crushed garlic, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt in a mortar or bowl.
  8. Add water in it and make a paste.
  9. Now see the pan whether the onion and potatoes are cooked or not.
  10. When the potato is completely cooked add this garlic paste in it.
  11. Mix well and cook.
  12. Add some little water. Mix and cook for two minutes.
  13. Now add the pieces of roti in it.
  14. Mix well and cook for another two minutes on medium flame.
  15. And your delicious roti fry is ready to be served. Enjoy it with curd or raita.
