A step by step recipe of Punjabi chchole – a simple recipe of chickpeas cooked with onion, garlic-ginger paste and tomato puree with a tangy taste of dry mango powder.

Here in my recipe of Punjabi chole, I have boiled the chickpeas turmeric, salt, bay leaf, cardamom, clove and also with a potali of tea. If you have simple tea bag you can put that instead of a potali.

This tea bag will give your chole a different color and taste.

these chole goes very well with rice, roti or amritsari kulcha.
