A step by step recipe of lahsun chutney –a mixture of garlic, whole fresh red chilies and salt.

I think this is the simplest chutney in the whole world. You don’t have to think about any other ingredients in this recipe. Here I am sharing the fried lahsun chutney. But in Rajasthan many people love this chutney without frying it. And my husband is one of them.

I like this chutney as a side dish with simple dal roti, or kadhi roti. But also we have it with the leftover roti and dahi, this combination is my all time favorite since my childhood.

Ingredients for lahsun chutney –

  1. Garlic cloves -15-20 or ½ cup
  2. Whole fresh red chilies(chopped) -1 cup
  3. Oil -1/2 cup

  5. Salt to taste

Method to make this lahsun chutney –
