GARLIC HERB BREAD RECIPE, how to make herbed garlic bread on a pan recipe

Main ingredients –bread, olive oil, garlic paste and herbs.

A step by step recipe of garlic herb bread –a very simple, tasty and crispy recipe of bread. Cooked on a tawa/pan with lots of butter.

This is the simplest and easiest recipe of a bread to give it an Italian touch. This fresh bread roasted with garlic and herbs will lift up your mood to a high level. Or refresh you.

In my family we love bread in any form whether it is just baked, or have some toppings or cooked as a sandwich. Even sometime simply I roast them on a pan with butter or ghee. This recipe goes very well with hot tea.

My daughter and husband both are just fond of any bread recipe so I usually try to do some innovation with the breads.

So you also try this recipe and enjoy it as evening snacks or in breakfast.

My other bread recipes are –bread pizza, tawa bread pakoda, croutons, veg hot dog, masala bread pakoda, bread bhaji, bread pizza sandwich and bread pakoda.

Ingredients for garlic herb bread –

  1. Bread -7-8
  2. Garlic paste -2 tbsp
  3. Olive oil -3 tbsp
  4. Oregano -1 tbsp
  5. Chili flacks -1 tbsp
  6. Black pepper powder -1 tsp
  7. Salt -1/3 tsp
  8. Butter as required

Method to prepare garlic herb bread –

  1. Take the garlic, oregano; chili flacks, black pepper powder and salt in a mortar to slitely crush it.
  2. Now add the olive oil in it.
  3. Mix well to make a rough paste.
  4. Now apply some butter on the hot pan.
  5. Put 4 slices of bread on it. Cook it on a low flame so that they will become crispy.
  6. Flip on the other side.
  7. Now apply the paste garlic herb paste on it.
  8. After ½ minute remove it from the pan and serve hot by applying tomato ketchup on the bread.

Put 4 slices of bread on it. Cook it on a low flame so that they will become crispy.

Flip on the other side.

Now apply the paste garlic herb paste on it.

After ½ minute remove it from the pan and serve hot by applying tomato ketchup on the bread.
