How to make aloo ka pakoda recipe –very simple and crispy recipe of sliced potato dipped in batter of gram flour with spices.

Hey friends its time to have some nice fried recipes, we all know that monsoon is going on and everybody is now allowed to have something hot like hot pakodas or samosa or kachori with a cup of hot tea.

This simple but delicious recipe of aloo ka pakoda will satisfy your all these needs.

This batter of gram flour contains –gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, carom seeds, salt and chopped green chilies.

I am all set to do some party with my family and friends with these hot aloo ka pakoda. So don’t be late just make it and grab it.

Ingredients for aloo ka pakoda –

  1. Large sized potato -3
  2. Gram flour -2 cups
  3. Garlic-ginger paste -1 tbsp
  4. Carom seeds/ajwain -1/2 tsp
  5. Red chili powder -1 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Green chilies -2 tbsp
  8. Chat masala -1 tsp
  9. Oil as required

Method to prepare these aloo ka pakoda –

Peel and slice the potatoes with a chips maker./aloo ko cheel kar chips maker se uske slice kar lijiye.

Now take the gram flour, garlic-ginger paste, carom seeds, red chili powder, salt in a mixing bowl and make a thick batter with the help of water,/ab ek bade katore me besan, adarak-lahsun ka paste, ajwain, lal mirch powder aur namak lijiye or pani ki sahayta se ek gadha ghol taiyar kijiye.

   

Now also add the chopped green chilies in it./isme hari mirch bhi milaye.

Now add the sliced potatoes in it ./ab isme slice kiye hue aloo daliye and mix kijiye.

Now heat sufficient oil to fry these pakodas./ab ek kadai me tel garm kijiye.

Now place the dipped potato slices in hot oil./ab besan lage aloo ke slices ko tel me dalkar tal lijiye.

Fry them until golden brown on a medium flame./ inhe madham aanch par sunhara hone tak bhune.

Now remove them from the kadai and sprinkle the chat masala on them./ab inhe kadai se bahar nikal le or chat masala dalkar milaye.

Serve hot with tea or green chutney./gram garam chai ke sath parose.
