A step by step recipe of mango shake or aamras –a very chilled and yummy recipe of mango. Where mango is blended with sugar, chilled water and chilled milk.

As we all know that mango is known as king of fruits. And this recipe of mango is I think is as old as dinosaurs. I mean its not new for everyone. But then also I would like to share this recipe with all my friends.

At my home, I make this shake every night. As par the demand of my husband. He is just crazy about mango and mango shake.

Ingredients for mango shake or aamras –

  1. Ripped mangoes -3-4
  2. Sugar -1 cup or as par your choice of sweetness
  3. Chilled water -1/2 litter
  4. Milk -1/2 litter
  5. Ice cubes for serving

Method to prepare mango shake –

  1. Wash and peel the mangoes.
  2. Chop them in a large bowl.
  3. Add sugar in it.
  4. Also add chilled water.
  5. Now blend it to make a puree of mango.
  6. Now add the milk and blend it again.
  7. Your mango shake is ready to be served.
  8. Serve this chilled mango shake by garnishing with chopped mango and add ice cubes as par your need.

Step by step recipe with pictures –
