PANI PURI, HOW TO MAKE MASALA AND PANI FOR PANI PURI RECIPE

A step by step recipe of pani puri –a tasty and drooling recipe of pani puri/ptasi/puchka/golgappa and so on. A puri which is filled with aloo chana masala and have a taste of water made with green chutney and jaljeera.

I don’t really know that this pani puri has how many other names to call but I definitely knew the thing that no one can say no to this drooling dish.

I don’t think that in the country like India anyone has left without eating this pani puri. I know we all love the chats. And in India you can find this pani puri in the corner of every street.

Ingredients for pani puri –

  1. Puri -10-15

Ingredients for masala –

  1. Boiled potato -3-4
  2. Boiled bengal gram/kale chane -1 cup
  3. Chopped onion -2 tbsp
  4. Green chutney -1 tbsp
  5. Salt to taste

Ingredients for pani –

  1. Jaljeera -2 tbsp
  2. Water -1 ltr
  3. Green chutney -2 tbsp
  4. Salt to taste

How to make this pani puri? -

  1. Mix all the ingredients of masala in a bowl.
  2. Now mix all the ingredients of pani in other bowl.
  3. Take the puries, make a hole in them, fill the masala and serve with pani.

Step by step recipe with pictures –

Peel the potatoes.

Mash them and mix with bengal gram.

Add the chopped onions.

Add green chutney and salt to it.

Mix well and keep aside.

Now take jaljeera in a bowl.

Add green chutney.

Salt as well.

Add water and mix well.

Now fill the masala in puries and serve with pani. Your pani puri is ready to it.
