Aachar ka masala recipe –it is a mixture of dried spices for making pickle.

Aachar ka masala is a mixture of fennel, black muck mustard, yellow mustard, fenugreek and other spices.

We all love pickle, in India people love to eat spicy pickle to enhance the taste of their food along with papad. So use this recipe and make any kind of pickle you want.

(For 1 kg achar)

Ingredients -

  1. Fennel (slightly crushed) -50 gm
  2. Black mustard seeds(slightly crushed) -25 gm
  3. Rai ki dal(yellow mustard crushed)  -25 gm
  4.  Fenugreek seeds-2 tbsp
  5. Red chili powder -50 gm
  6. Salt -50 gm
  7. Turmeric -1 tbsp
  8. Dried ginger powder -1 tbsp
  9. Nigella  seeds(kalonji)  -1 tbsp

Method to prepare aachar ka masala -

Mix all the ingredients .when you make the pickle heat mustard oil a lot and switch off the flame, add all the spices and mix well, and add your vegetable of which you are making the pickle.
