Ingredients 

For Covering

  1. Boiled and mashed potatoes -2 cup
  2. Ginger and green chili paste -1/2 tsp
  3. Lemon juice -2 tsp
  4. Salt to taste

For filling

  1. Sprouts (boiled in salted water) – 1 cup
  2. Coriander leaves -2 tsp
  3. Mint leaves – 2 tsp
  4. Ginger and green chili paste -1/2 tsp
  5. Pani puri masala – 1 tsp
  6. Lemon juice – 3-4 drops
  7. Black salt to taste

Method to prepare

  1. Mix all Covering ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl
  3. Take a small part of covering mixer and spread it on your palm ,now put half teaspoon of filling masala on it and cover it properly and give a shape of tikki to it.
  4. Now make all the tikkis in the same way and shallow fry them on a tawa.
  5. Serve the tikkis with tomato catch-up or green chuttny.
