Aloo ka bhatura recipe –boiled potato stuffed in a bhatura along with lots of chopped coriander.

This is a complete food recipe you can have this bhatura as you like; you don’t need any chole with it. Serve this bhatura with chutney or any kind of pickle and curd.

This recipe can be a breakfast, lunch, evening snacks or dinner; you can have it any time.

Ingredients for aloo ka bhatura –

   For bhatura -

  1. All purpose flour(maida) -250 gms
  2. Semolina(suji) -50 gms
  3. Curd -2 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Sugar -1/2 tsp
  6. Oil -2 tbsp

  For stuffing –

  1. Boiled and mashed potato -2 cups
  2. Chopped coriander -1 cup
  3. Chopped green chilies -1 tbsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red chili powder -1 tsp
  6. Chat masala -1 tsp
  7. Oil for frying

Method for preparing aloo ka bhatura –

  1. Mix all the ingredients of bhatura and make a dough of it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients of stuffing (except oil).
  3. Make a small ball of maida dough and stuff it with aloo stuffing, and roll it with a rolling pin (belan).
  4. After making all the bhatura, deep fry them in hot oil.
  5. Serve these bhatura with chutney or pickle and curd.
