Stuffed potatoes/bharwan aloo recipe –boiled potatoes stuffed with paneer and other powdered spices and a tangy taste of chat masala.

It’s a nourishing meal which children will to have. You can make this recipe any time you want as it can also be served as snacks or starter for a good meal.

This recipe I often used to make at home and my daughter love to have it. So lets check out the recipe of stuffed potato/bharwan aloo.   

Ingredients for stuffed potatoes -

  1. Boiled potatoes -4
  2. Grated paneer -1/2 cup
  3. Chat masala -1/2 tsp
  4. Red chili powder -3/4 tsp
  5. Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
  6. Lemon juice -2 tsp
  7. Green chili(finely chopped) -2 Nos
  8. Coriander leaves -2 tsp
  9. Salt to taste

Method to prepare stuffed potatoes -

  1. Scoop all the boiled potatoes.
  2. Mix paneer, green chilies, chat masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, coriander leaves and salt in a bowl.
  3. Now stuff this mixture in the scooped potatoes.
  4. Now take a grill pan or tawa and shallow fry them by brushing with oil.
  5. Now take out on a plate and hot as evening snacks or breakfast or in dinner as you like.

Note –

If u have oven than Greece a baking tray with oil, place all the potatoes on it. Bake it in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes at 180 degree.
