Eggless chocolate cake recipe –how to make a spongy eggless chocolate cake???? Here is the solution.

Hey friends this is a simple chocolate sponge cake, I am sure you people will love it. It tastes like a chocolate brownie, so you can have it hot. I just love baking, and I know there are so many housewives in India who also want to make such kind of cake or desserts at home for their kids.

This chocolate cake is made up of such ingredients which very easily available ingredients so that people who live in towns or villages can also make it. Ingredients are maida/all purpose flour, milk, condensed milk (if you don’t get condensed milk you add sugar in the same quantity of maida), malai, butter, chocolate powder, nuts etc…

I love baking, yet I don’t know much about baking a cake in microwave, as I don’t have it but then also I keep practicing different kinds of cake in my bati oven. I don’t know how many of you know about a bati oven because bati is basically a Rajasthani cuisine. So if you don’t have it then you can also make this cake in steam.

Here is the recipe of my eggless chocolate cake….

Ingredients for eggless chocolate cake –

  1. Maida/all purpose flour -1 cup
  2. Sugar or condensed milk -1 cup
  3. Butter -50 gms
  4. Chocolate powder -2 tbsp
  5. Baking soda -1/2 tsp
  6. Baking powder -1 tsp
  7. Malai -2 tsp
  8. Milk -1 cup

Ingredients for dressing and garnishing –

  1. Chocolate sauce -1 cup
  2. Some chopped nuts
  3. Gems chocolate

Method for preparing eggless chocolate cake –

  1. Sieve the dry ingredients together for about 3 times and mix it with wet ingredients.
  2. Beat them thoroughly with a beater.
  3. Now Greece a pan with butter and pour the entire batter in it.
  4. Now bake the cake for about 30-35 minutes in a cooker or bati oven.
  5. After 30 minutes check it with a knife, if it comes dry means your cake is ready.
  6. Remove it from the oven and let it to cool.
  7. Spread the chocolate sauce over it and garnish it with nuts and gems chocolate.

Notes –

I had made 3 different size of cake to make a mountain but u can make it as par your choice.
