A step by step recipe of misal pav –boiled moth sprouts and potato cooked with onion, tomato, and lots of spices.

Misal pav is a popular Maharashtra breakfast recipe, and I usually make it as lunch.

There are many variations of sprouts we get, and we can make this recipe with whatever sprouts you have and you like.

There are many variations of making misal in Maharashtra. Usually moth bean sprouts or mixed beans sprouts are used.

When I make this recipe, it was loved by my daughter and nephew. And I feel so proud Anvi (my daughter) said that “mummy this food is so yummy. It’s just like what we had in hotel”.

Misal pav can be had as a breakfast, snack or as a brunch. It’s a delicious and wholesome meal, especially if the pav/buns are made from wheat flour or if you could make your own healthy bread.

And trust me when you will make and serve to your family this misal recipe, they will just love it. So lets proceed to the recipe.
