Ingredients for homemade tawa bread pakoda –
- Bread slices -6-7
- Gram flour -1 cup
- Ginger paste -1 tsp
- Garlic paste -1 tsp
- Green chili paste -1 tsp
- Red chili powder -1 tsp
- Carom seeds/ajwain -1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for shallow fry
Method for preparing homemade tawa bread pakoda –
- Cut the bread slices in square and keep aside.
- Now mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and make batter with the help of water.
- The batter should be a smooth batter.
- Now dip the slices of bread in the gram flour batter and shallow fry all your bread pakodas on tawa.
- Serve hot with green chutney or sauce along with onion and green chili that tastes yummmm.
